The monitoring method comprises the following steps: obtaining input voltage signals of lower end connecting columns of a protection tripping outlet pressing plate and a reclosing gate outlet pressing plate; when the input voltage signals reflect that the protection tripping outlet pressing plate and the reclosing gate outlet pressing plate are input, outputting input state information; when the input voltage signals reflect that the protection tripping outlet pressing plate and the reclosing gate outlet pressing plate are not input or are virtually connected, not outputting the input voltage signals; monitoring an input state of the relay protection outlet pressing plate through the input state information.
