Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process method for coating and curing a metal pipeline by means of medium frequency heating. The process method disclosed by the invention mainly comprises the following steps: slowly feeding a metal pipeline coated with an anticorrosive coating in an early stage to a medium frequency induction coil through front section transfer equipment in a constant temperature state at a uniform speed for being heated; when the metal pipeline is fed to the medium frequency induction coil, connecting a medium frequency power supply, generating an alternating magnetic field in the medium frequency induction coil to form a strong magnetic eddy which heats the metal pipeline; and precisely adjusting the heating temperature of the medium frequency induction coil according to the demand of the curing temperature of the anticorrosive coating of the pipeline.
