Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is an aluminum alloy-glass composite laser welding method. The method includes the steps of S1, setting a process path according to sizes and shapes of aluminum alloy and glass and performing preparation of a welding jig; S2, performing preliminary welding pretreatment operation on the aluminum alloy and glass to be welded; S3, using the welding jig to clamp the aluminum alloy and glass completed in pretreatment operation in the step S2 as required; S4, setting laser processing parameters of a laser; S5, using the laser to perform laser welding on the aluminum alloy and glass according to the processing path set in the step S1 to obtain an aluminum alloy-glass composite; S6, removing the welding jig to complete the whole welding operation process.
