Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses application of a molecular marker in diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma and specifically high-specificity expression of IncRNA, namely ENSG00000228742, in gastric carcinoma tissues. The experiments prove that proliferation of gastric carcinoma cells can be effectively inhibited by specifically reducing the expression level of ENSG00000228742, the ENSG00000228742 can be prompted to serve as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator of early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma, and the expressed gene interfering ENSG00000228742 can become a novel target for treating the gastric carcinoma. 本发明公开了分子标志物在胃癌诊治中的应用，具体地所述lncRNA为ENSG00000228742，其在胃癌组织中呈特异性高表达。实验证明，通过特异性降低ENSG00000228742的表达水平，能够有效地抑制胃癌细胞的增殖，提示ENSG00000228742可作为胃癌早期诊断的辅助诊断指标，干扰ENSG00000228742基因的表达可成为治疗胃癌的新靶标。
