Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a deep sea bacterium sourced novel organic solvent resistant alkaline esterase E3 and a coding gene and application of the deep sea bacteria sourced novel organic solvent resistant alkaline esterase E3. The alkaline esterase e3 is from a deep sea bacterium Croceicoccus marinus E4A9T, after the gene of the esterase is subjected to heterologous expression, the catalytic activity is highest when a substrate is p-nitro phenol butyrate (C4), and the enzyme activity is 143 U/mg. The optimum pH for the catalytic hydrolysis of the esterase E3 is 11.0; and higher enzyme activity is still kept under the condition that an organic solvent and a surfactant exist.
