Zusammenfassung:	A flexible sheet-type physical property detecting leak sensor device of the present invention comprises: a base sheet in a flexible sheet state composed of a non-conductive fluorine-based synthetic resin of an ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE); a conductive line formed in a certain pattern so as not to meet or intersect the surface of the base sheet, and composed by depositing a conductive fluorine-based synthetic resin of an ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) material containing carbon black; and a conductive material formed of pure carbon black on the floor of the conductive line. 本发明涉及种柔性薄片型物性检测泄漏传感器装置，包括：柔性的薄片状态的基片，由乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物材质的非导电性氟类合成树脂组成；导电线，以互不相遇或互不交叉的方式在上述基片的表面形成为规定的图案形态，并蒸镀有包含炭黑的乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物材质的导电性氟类合成树脂；以及导电物质，在上述导电线的底部由纯的炭黑形成。
