Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application of gentiopicroside in the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer. The experiment results show that gentiopicroside can inhibit the secretion of MDA, MPO, TNF-alpha, and IL-6 in gastric mucosa tissues, at the same time, improves the SOD level and GSH level of gastric mucosa tissues, enhances the anti-oxidation stress performance, reduces the level of erosive damages of gastric mucosa of mice, and cures the gastric ulcer. 本发明公开了龙胆苦苷在胃溃疡疾病防治中的应用。发明人通过实验发现龙胆苦苷能抑制胃粘膜组织中MDA,MPO,TNF-α,IL-6的分泌，同时升高胃粘膜组织SOD，GSH的水平，提高抗氧化应激能力，减少小鼠胃粘膜糜烂性损伤的程度，达到了防治胃溃疡的目的。
