According to the present invention, the chrysopa formosa brauer is detected by using the SS-COI PCR technology, wherein the technology has advantages of simple, rapid and efficient operation and high sensitivity, and the minimum DNA detection concentration of the chrysopa formosa brauer is 0.143 ng/[mu]L.
