Zusammenfassung:	A laminate shaping apparatus according to an embodiment comprises a shaping part, an elastic wave generating part, an elastic wave detecting part, and an inspecting part. The shaping part sequentially laminates layers which are formed by irradiating a material with a first energy beam to solidify the material. The elastic wave generating part irradiates the shaped body constituted by the layers with a second energy beam to generate an elastic wave that propagates inside the shaped body. The elastic wave detecting part detects the elastic wave.
