The circuit is characterized in that the circuit comprises a resistor voltage dividing capacitance compensation network which is composed of diodes D1, D2 and D3, a high input impedance differential amplifier U1, resistors RH and RL and capacitors CH and CL, high precision current limiting resistors R1 and R2, and current sources IS1 and IS2 of the same type; the current source IS1 injects current into the diode D1 through the resistor R1, and the current source IS2 injects current into the diode D3 through the resistor R2; the cathodes of the diodes D1 and D3 are connected with the IGBT collector and emitter; the anodes of the diodes D1 and D3 are connected with the in-phase end and the anti-phase end of the high input impedance differential amplifier U1; the resistors RH and RL which are connected in series and the capacitors CH and CL which are connected in series are connected in parallel between the IGBT collec |
