Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power source control circuit of a single-chip microcomputer system. The power source control circuit comprises a power source input end, a power source output end, a reset ship, a button, a second MOS transistor, a third MOS transistor, a fourth MOS transistor and a fifth MOS transistor. The source electrode of the fourth MOS transistor is connected with a power source input end, and the drain electrode of the fourth MOS transistor is connected with a power source output end; the drain electrode of the second MOS transistor is connected with the grid electrode of the fourth MOS transistor, the source electrode of the second MOS transistor is grounded through the button and connected with the detection end of the reset chip, and the grid electrode of the second MOS transistor is connected with the power source input end through a second resistor; the drain electrode of the fifth MOS transistor is connected with the grid electrode of the fourth MOS transistor, the source electrode of t
