An aqueous dispersion containing an acid-modified polyethylene resin (A), an acid-modified polypropylene resin (B), and an aqueous vehicle, wherein the aqueous dispersion is characterized in that: resin (A) contains an olefin component containing ethylene, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid component, as copolymer components; the unsaturated carboxylic acid component content is 0.1-15 mass%; resin (B) contains an olefin component comprising propylene and butene, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid component, as copolymer components; and the mass ratio (A/B) of resin (A) and resin (B) is 95/5-50/50. 本发明提供种水性分散体，其特征在于，是含有酸改性聚乙烯树脂(A)、酸改性聚丙烯树脂(B)和水性介质的水性分散体，树脂(A)含有包含乙烯的烯烃成分和不饱和羧酸成分作为共聚成分，不饱和羧酸成分的含量为0.1～15质量％，树脂(B)含有由丙烯和丁烯构成的烯烃成分和不饱和羧酸成分作为共聚成分，树脂(A)与树脂(B)的质量比(A/B)为95/5～50/50。
