The anti-pulling cable conductor provided by the invention has the advantages that firstly, stable continuous performances are kept in a long-time overload and overheating process of the cable; and secondly, a three-dimensional network structure is formed by the aluminum, the Pr, the Hf and the Sc, and the tensile strength of the fiber core is further enhanced, so that the tensile strength of the cable conductor is enhanced.
