The oil fume, coal fume and other emissions can be sucked into the air exhaust purification unit by the blower via the fume collecting hood, and is subjected to filtration purification and then discharged, and therefore, abundant catering waste gas generated in the barbecue process can not diffuse everywhere, so that the barbecue shed can protect the environment while providing food for people, thereby keeping physical and mental health of people. Besides, a hydrocyclone is arranged between the fume collecting hood and blower; the hydrocyclone is used for separating oil and fume in the catering waste gas by mechanical separation, thereby separating the oil from the fume; and thus, the separation and removal effects of the fume and oil are greatly enhanced, thereby effectively treating the oil fume and coal fume generated i
