The method comprises the steps that a driving motor, an electricity generator and an engine are connected with each other; data of the whole passenger car is collected in real time; if the car is started, the driving motor is controlled to perform power output, and the electricity generator performs auxiliary power output on the basis of the output of the driving motor; if the speed of the car is larger than a first preset value, the driving motor and the engine are controlled for performing hybrid power output, the engine drives the electricity generator to perform electricity generation; if the speed of the car is larger than a second preset value, the driving motor and the engine are controlled for performing hybrid power output, the driving motor performs output regulation according to the output of the engine; if the speed of the automobile is larger than a third preset value, the driving motor and the engine are co
