The mechanism comprises an accumulating frame (2), a transport channel (6) and a centering device (10); the centering device is arranged on the transport channel (6) and comprises two ejector blocks (12) which are symmetrically arranged along the central axis of the transport channel (6), when a workpiece reaches a discharging portion (8), the ejector blocks (12) can at least complete clamping motion of the workpiece one time, and the workpiece is located over the central axis of the transport channel (6).
