Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a preparation method of modified Teflon cloth. The preparation method comprises the following steps: enabling alkali-free glass fiber cloth to advance at a constant speed under the intelligent control and the traction of equipment, repeatedly and fully dipping a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) adhesive which contains a specific proportion of conductive carbon powder for increasing the electrical conductivity and gas-phase silica dioxide powder serving as Matte powder for four times, heating, then baking and sintering, and finally cooling. The invention further discloses a purpose of the modified Teflon cloth obtained by utilizing the preparation method. The preparation method of the modified Teflon cloth and the purpose of the modified Teflon cloth obtained by utilizing the preparation method, provided by the invention, have the advantages that the simplicity is achieved; the finally-obtained Teflon glass fiber cloth has a certain strength and elasticity; as the surface is matte, the r
