The invention relates to shielding hardware and a disconnecting switch using the shielding hardware. The shielding hardware at the movable side and the shielding hardware at the static side are mounted on top flange plates of corresponding pillar insulators in the disconnecting switch via insulator through holes, and an internal cavity of each shielding hardware completely envelops the top flange plate of the pillar insulator and an upper conductor arranged on the top flange plate in a conductive connection manner. The shielding hardware at the movable side is provided with a connecting rod through hole of an operation mechanism, the upper end of the connecting rod of the operation mechanism penetrates the connecting rod through hole, and to ensure contact connection of movable and static contacts, hardware bodies of the shielding hardware at the movable and static sides are respectively provided with moving contact through holes through which moving contacts penetrate.
