Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for producing porous catchment sponge brick with filter type activated carbon carbide slag. The method includes that the porous catchment sponge brick is produced from materials including, by weight, 10-20wt% of cement, 45-65wt% of carbide-slag tapping hollow microbeads 100-250 micrometers in grain size, 5-15wt% of sodium silicate 3.2-3.5 in mode number, 3-10wt% of coal ash 1.1% in ignition loss, 0.5-3.0wt% of polyvinyl alcohol high-absorbent resin fiber and 10-30wt% of activated carbon 100-150 micrometers in grain size; samples are taken proportionally and evenly mixed, the mixture is subjected to size mixing with water-cement ratio of 0.5 to 0.7, aluminum paste 0.2-1.0% in total weight is added into the mixture and is generated into bubbles after hydration reaction, porous expansion catchment size is formed, the produced expansion catchment size is evenly stirred and poured into a test mold of a sponge brick press, and the porous catchment sponge brick is produced via strikin |
