The present invention relates to a vehicle exhaust purifying device capable of efficiently purifying nitrogen oxide while reducing manufacturing costs. A vehicle exhaust purifying device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a diesel oxidation catalyst unit mounted in an exhaust pipe formed to discharge the exhaust of an engine and oxidizing some components of the exhaust; and a complex catalyst unit connected to a rear end of the diesel oxidation catalyst unit, mounted in the exhaust pipe, and having a selective catalyst and a reduction catalyst in a smoke filter collecting and purifying particle materials contained in the exhaust.
