The realization process of the system is establishing the multimedia video interactive remote teaching system and a radio and television network system, wherein the multimedia video interactive remote teaching system comprises a video interactive remote teaching WebService server, a video interactive remote teaching server and a participator computer client; and the radio and television network system comprises a digital television bidirectional set top box, an inter-network connector, a digital television front end device and a participator digital television client.
