| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for replacing a deacidification roll shaft and a solidification roll shaft during operation of a spinning machine. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a friction belt is wound around the deacidification roll shaft or a solidification roll shaft in the circumferential direction, and the friction belt is in an annular shape in the circumferential direction of the deacidification roll shaft or the solidification roll shaft; (2) a supporting rod is inserted in the friction belt in the annular shape and is rotated to tighten the friction belt, and the deacidification roll shaft or the solidification roll shaft is locked by the tightened friction belt and does not rotate; and (3) then a nut on the deacidification roll shaft or the solidification roll shaft is screwed off, and the deacidification roll shaft or the solidification roll shaft is replaced.
