The aqueous-phase storage and internal circulation unit comprises an aqueous-phase storage tank, an aqueous-phase pump, a pipeline and an aqueous-phase three-way valve, wherein the aqueous-phase storage tank and the aqueous-phase pump are connected through the pipeline, and the aqueous-phase three-way valve controls an aqueous phase to flow back into the aqueous-phase storage tank or the emulsifier.
