The invention discloses latex matrix preparation equipment. The latex matrix preparation equipment comprises a stirring system, a static mixer and a product pump, wherein the static mixer is capable of converting crude emulsion into a latex matrix, and the product pump is communicated with the stirring system and the static mixer. The stirring system comprises a stirrer and a stirring tank, the stirrer comprises a speed reduction motor and a stirring propeller connected with the speed reduction motor, the stirring propeller is arranged in the stirring tank which is an open tank, one end of the stirring tank is provided with a feeding port, and the other end of the stirring tank is provided with a discharging port connected with the product pump. According to the technical scheme, by adoption of the low-rotation-speed open stirring system, motor power is low, high-speed mechanical rotation for stirring in an emulsification process is avoided, and high productivity is achieved, wherein emulsification capacity i
