The method comprises the following steps: step (1) classifying the parts based on characteristics of the parts; step (2) designing technological parameters based on an equal allowance distribution method; step (3) designing a hydrodynamic deep drawing tool. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the design of a multi-step hydrodynamic deep drawing process can be guided, so hydrodynamic formation procedures can be arranged more reasonably, the formation process is more accurate and the formation quality of the parts can be improved.
