Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a waterless hand-cleaning compound and its preparation method. It is characterized by that it comprises 1.01-6.45% of anion surfactant, 0.1-1.5% of non-ionic surfactant, 0.05-0.30% of sodium salt and remainder of water. The grease stain on the worker's hand can be cleaned by use of the invented product. It does no harm to the human body, and has not influence on the environment. Besides, it has no dangers of explosion and combustion, and can be substituted for organic solvent to use, and its dosage is a very little, only one to two drops can attain the cleaning result. At the same time, it can economize cotton waste and it can also clean the human hand under waterless condition.
