The fire distribution plate is installed on an inlet of a smoke combustion chamber of a rubbish gasifying incinerator, and the smoke combustion chamber communicates with an air supply pipeline. The fire distribution plate comprises a plate body of an integrated nonmetal structure, a smoke channel is arranged in the middle of the plate body and communicates with the smoke combustion chamber, a circumferential groove opened in the radial direction is formed in the side wall of the edge of the plate body, the plate body is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, the two ends of each ventilation hole communicate with the smoke channel and the circumferential groove respectively, and the air supply pipeline is guided to the opening of the circumferential groove. According to the fire distribution plate, the circumferential groove opened in the radial direction and the side wall of the sm
