Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for producing high-carbon ferrochrome. Raw materials are treated to generate pellets, the pellets are subjected to prereduction in a rotary hearth furnace to generate ferrochrome direct reduced pellets, and the ferrochrome direct reduced pellets are sent into a smelting electric furnace to be smelted and separated so as to obtain the high-carbon ferrochrome. The method has high adaptability to the raw materials and low requirements for fuel, power consumption and the dosage of a reducing agent are effectively reduced, smoke waste heat and pellet sensible heat in the production process are fully used, and the quality and production operation rate of the pellets are effectively improved; and a heat storage type combustion technology is adopted, the temperatures in the furnaces can be increased, power consumption and cost are reduced, and the reduction rate of chrome is effectively increased. 本发明公开了种生产高碳铬铁的方法,通过将原料处理生成球团,并在转底炉中对球团进行预还原生成铬铁直接还原球团,然后将铬铁直接还原球团热送至矿热炉中进行冶炼分离得到高碳铬铁。本发明
