Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a current reverse flow protection method and device and a synchronous rectification circuit. The method includes the steps that output reverse flow currents of a target module output power circuit are sampled in real time and compared with a preset reference signal, output voltage control signals for controlling output voltages of the target module power circuit are acquired according to the comparison result, the output voltages of the target module output power circuit are adjusted, and then operation can be conducted in the state that the output reverse flow currents of the target module output power circuit are smaller than or equal to the preset reference signal.
