According to the artificial multiplication method, pupa which is not subjected to parasitism is soaked with ethyl alcohol, pupa surface extract is obtained, then the pupa surface extract is sprayed on the antheraea pernyi pupa in an artificial spraying mode, the tetrastichus septentrionalis is induced to be subjected to parasitism, and the parasitism rate is raised.
