The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted air purifying device. The vehicle-mounted air purifying device comprises an annular water storage chamber. A filter core assembly is arranged in an inner cavity of the water storage chamber and installed and fixed into the inner cavity of the water storage chamber via a clamp groove. The bottom end of the water storage chamber is provided with air-lifting devices for communicating the water storage chamber with the filter core assembly. The air-lifting devices are provided with air inlets. Throttle valves are arranged among the air-lifting devices and the water storage chamber. A communicating pipe is arranged between the air-lifting devices and the filter core assembly. The top of the water storage chamber is provided with a water blocking device and an air outlet.
