A device for continuous casting/hot rolling, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a continuous casting device for producing a steel sheet; a hot roller, which is linked to the continuous casting device, for receiving the steel sheet; and a push heat unit, which is connected to the continuous casting device and/or the hot roller, for selecting whether to carrying out heating work or removal work with respect to a portion of the steel sheet.
