A hinge reinforcement (40) is, in a state of spanning over this joined portion (56), joined to the reinforcement upper (44) and the reinforcement lower (46). Therefore, when tensile force is applied to the pillar outer reinforcement (38), shearing force that acts on the joined portion (56) can be reduced by reaction force obtained from the hinge reinforcement (40).
