The subdued light board used for the LED is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 97.8-98.9% of subdued light board base material, 1.0-2.0% of amine resin light diffusant and 0.1-0.2% of stress slow-release agent. The amine resin light diffusant is added into a mixture of at least one or at least two types of GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene), PC (Poly Carbonate), PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) or PET (Polyethylene Glycol Terephthalate), and therefore, the anti-dazzle subdued light board has the effects of dazzle prevention and blue light reduction.
