Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses natural monomer radix cyathulae saponin A which has an effect of protecting homocysteine induced human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cell damage. Human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cell damage is induced by pretreatment of homocysteine having a certain concentration to construct a damage model; and radix cyathulae saponin A is added based on the model, and the effective concentration of the radix cyathulae saponin A for protecting the cells can be determined by cell viability detection. The radix cyathulae saponin A is applied to protection of human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cell for the first time.
本发明公开了种天然单体川牛膝皂苷A对同型半胱氨酸诱导的人脐静脉血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。通过定浓度的同型半胱氨酸预处理,诱导人脐静脉血管内皮细胞损伤,建立损伤模型。在此模型的基础上,加入川牛膝皂苷A,通过细胞活力检测,确定了川牛膝皂苷A保护细胞有效浓度。本发明首次应用川牛膝皂苷A对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞进行保护。 |
