Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a molecular imprinting adsorbent for eliminating blood bilirubin and a preparation method thereof. Imprinting sites are distributed on or close to the surface of a porous adsorption vector. A branched chain with the adsorption capacity for bilirubin is grafted to the surface of the porous adsorption vector. A bilirubin protein combination object is used as an imprinting template molecule, the porous adsorption vector with the proper pore diameter, the large specific surface area and the good biological compatibility is selected, and the molecular imprinting adsorbent for eliminating blood bilirubin is obtained by grafting the side chain with alkali groups and imprinting, crosslinking and eluting template molecules, the adsorbent can recognize bilirubin objects and perform specific adsorption similar to combination of an antibody and an antigen.
