Card reading method and card reading system for remotely reading information of IC card

The invention relates to a card reading method and a card reading system for the remotely reading information of an IC card. The system comprises a terminal device and a background server. The terminal device is provided with a user interface module for obtaining the information of an IC card and a user request, and then providing a data processing result returned from the background server to a user; and a card reader module used for reading the card number information of the IC card. The backend server is provided with a receiver code module; a digital signature code module; a control module; a database; and a data service module. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the information of the IC card can be remotely and automatically read in the non-contact manner. Therefore, a card holder is free of manually inputting the card number of a bank card. As a result, the time of the card holder is saved. Meanwhile, the user experience of the card holder is improved.
