The novel construction method crossing the high-speed rail without interruption is implemented according to the following steps of (a) assembling crossing construction devices in advance within stipulated ranges of the two sides of the high-speed rail according to a skylight point time frame stipulated by the railway department; (b) respectively starting two rotation mechanisms in the skylight point time frame of the high-speed rail, and respectively driving two horizontal rotation arms to rotate by the two rotation mechanisms; (c) laying a plurality of bearing pipes between the two horizontal rotation arms
