The graphene lithium battery comprises a lithium metal anode, a cathode and an electrolyte arranged between the lithium metal anode and the cathode, the cathode further comprises a graphene layer, a polymer layer and a catalyst loading the graphene layer, the polymer layer has a hydrophobic outer surface, and the hydrophobic outer surface of the polymer layer is exposed in an ultraviolet/ozone environment in a preparation process of the cathode to convert the hydrophobic outer surface into a hydrophilic surface.
