A switching plate which can swing is arranged in a shell, so that the interior of the shell is divided into a heat exchange unit and an air purification unit isolated from the heat exchange unit. The corresponding modes, namely a heat exchange mode and/or an air purification mode, can be achieved when the switching plate is located in different positions so that multiple functions can be achieved. The wall-mounted heat exchanger has the advantages that multifunctional modes can be achieved, and the comfort degree is increased for users.
