Polyester elastomer composite

The invention relates to a polyester elastomer composite. The polyester elastomer composite is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of polyester elastomer, 1-30 parts of vinyl elastomer and 0.01-10 parts of a poly-carbonization disulfoxide compound. The volume specific resistance ratio of the polyester elastomer composite is increased by 1-2 magnitude order compared with that of polyester elastomer; long-term hydrolysis resistance is remarkably improved, the tensile strength retention rate is 85% or above after the polyester elastomer composite is soaked for 90 days in hot water of 95 DEG C, and the break elongation is kept 80% or above; melt flowability is reduced, the melt index is reduced to 10 g/10 min or below from 20-30 g/10 min, and therefore forming processing is more stable.
