Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A fan control system comprises a processor and a heat dissipating device. The processor is used for outputting a fan rotating speed control signal according to the working mode of the system and also used for outputting a corresponding control command according to the fan rotating speed control signal. The heat dissipating device is used for receiving the control command output by the processor and outputting a corresponding pulse signal to a fan according to the control command, and the rotating speed of the fan is controlled by the fan according to the pulse signal. The invention further provides a fan control method. By means of the fan control system and method, the power consumption of the system can be lowered.
