A lens matched with the spot lamp and provided with a scale is arranged in the position away from the spot lamp by a certain distance. The medical inspection pen is characterized in that the structure of a drawing ruler is installed on one side of the lens and installed in a ruler box on one side in the pen holder, the scale mark reflected to the portion requiring inspection can be determined through the length of the drawn portion of the drawing ruler, and therefore the size of the portion requiring inspection of a patient is known.
