According to the low power consumption network camera system and the portable low power consumption IP camera, due to the adoption of the power consumption control module, the consumption control module can perform comprehensive control on the power consumptions of the IPC main module, the WiFi module and the PIR module connected with the power consumption control module, so that the power consumption of the network camera system is greatly reduced, and the cruising ability of the IP camera powered by batteries is greatly improved.
