description The invention relates to a connecting apparatus of an ultra short baseline transducer. The lower part of the transducer shaft extends into the adjusting ring downwardly; the adjusting ring and the lower part of the transducer shaft are connected by a plurality of second bolts; and the adjusting ring is connected with the transducer detachably by a positioning pin. Compared with the prior art, the connecting apparatus can be adjusted conveniently; the installation precision can be improved; the operation becomes convenient; and the time and effort are saved.
