Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting a TKY tube node by using a phased array. The method includes the steps: step 1, cleaning a detected area of a to-be-detected TKY tube node; step 2, marking a scanning starting point and a scanning direction on a scanning surface of the detected area of the TKY tube node; and drawing a reference line on the scanning surface; step 3, smearing a coupling agent on the scanning surface; step 4, selecting a phased array probe, a distance-amplitude curve sensitivity and a scanning way, and detecting the TKY tube node, wherein during detecting, coupling monitoring is in an opening state; step 5, displaying scanned data; and step 6, evaluating the collected data and determining effectiveness. A welded seam joint is detected and a phased array probe contour and an acoustic beam line of an ultrasonic beam are drawn according to the size to achieve a visualization effect of the welded joint acoustic beam coverage range, evaluation of a TKY tube node welded seam ultrasonic detection blind area is facilitated, and thus the blindness of phased array ultrasonic detection parameter setting is overcome. |
