Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-strength energy-saving water-permeable ground tile with dredged mud added. The ground tile is prepared from, by weight, 40-43 parts of sludge from a sewage plant, 6-7 parts of rice husks, 4-5 parts of potassium feldspar powder, 10-12 parts of coal ash, 10-12 parts of water glass, 15-17 parts of river dredged mud, 9-11 parts of waste glass, 20-22 parts of waste and old honeycomb ceramics, 2-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 2-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5-6 parts of alumina silicate and 2-3 parts of coker gas oil. According to the high-strength energy-saving water-permeable ground tile, river dredged mud is further added into the preparation process of a tile body and serves as part of aggregate, plasticity is high, a certain caking property is achieved, meanwhile, the heat productivity is achieved, fuel energy used in the sintering process can be reduced, other aggregate with different particle sizes are combined, and the energy-saving type road surface ground tile which is high in strength, porosity and permeation coefficient can be prepared through sintering. |
