Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a wedge-key-shaped liner plate structure overflow ball mill and a liner plate mounting method thereof. The ball mill comprises an end cover (2) with end cover liner plates (5) at the two ends, a ball mill tube (1), a rubber pad layer (3) in the tube, and tube body liner plates (4), wherein each tube body liner plate is a wedge-key-shaped liner plate of which the two ends are bevel notch surfaces and the inner surface is the protruding arc surface; every two adjacent tube body liner plates are compressed through reverse wedge-key-shaped pressing strips (6) which are pressed into bevel notches; connecting bolts (7) penetrate through a tube body and fixedly connect the wedge-key-shaped pressing strips with the tube body, so that the tube body liner plates are firmly mounted; the bevel notch surfaces, at the two ends, of the tube body liner plates are wedged and clamped together with the end inclined surfaces of the end cover liner plates; the tube body liner plates and the end cover liner plates are formed through one-time casting of a high manganese chromium alloy which contains 10-20% of manganese and 1-5% of chromium. The wedge-key-shaped liner plate structure overflow ball mill is resistant to abrasion, durable, easy to mount and dismount, good in sealing performance and low in manufacturing cost. |
