When a cabinet door is open, the intelligent device receives a cabinet opening signal, after a delayed alarm time, the intelligent device reports the cabinet opening event to the ammeter micropower wireless module, and the ammeter micropower wireless module uploads the event to a concentrator main meter reading module, and then the event is transmitted to a concentrator station, and is finally transmitted to a master station. The device is installed in an ammeter cabinet. Work personnel can use a special Bluetooth device to communicate with the intelligent device, so that the cabinet opening event is not uploaded as an alarm event. The device is internally provided with a battery, and the device can record information of opening-closing events of the cabinet door of a metering cabinet when an external line is power off.
