The problems that due to the fact that a conventional electric soldering iron does not have a temperature regulating function, devices are damaged since the electric soldering iron temperature is not adjustable and the welding temperatures needed by different circuit components are different during the welding of different circuit components, the reliability of a welded circuit board is reduced, the failure rate is increased, and the cost of the circuit board is increased due to the damage of the devices are solved.
